On Friday, May 15, I was honored to be a presenter at the Annual Meeting of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Arizona Bar, held in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. Roberta Tepper of the State Bar of Arizona and I went a full two hours, providing the section members with treasured ethics CLE credits.
The IP Bar in Arizona is a remarkable group of practitioners. I was concerned we would not have enough material to fill two hours. Or that the audience would have mentally checked out by the end of the day. Was I ever wrong. This was not a lecture but an interactive conversation and debate on intellectual property ethics, policies, and best practices. The audience was so engaged we barely made it through half of our slides.
Thanks to everyone who turned out. I hope to get another invitation soon (preferably in the winter).
